Dieses Testkonzept dient dem Projektteam als Basis für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von systematischen Softwaretests. Das agile Testkonzept entwickelt sich in den Sprints und insbesondere durch Feedback in den Sprint Retrospektiven weiter. Durch die Integration in die „Definition of Done“ und „Definition of Ready“ können Agile Tests gelebt werden. Â
