Shared/references: symphony (read-only)

Bahn repos remain available as independent remotes - this monorepo
pulls them in via subtree, the originals are untouched.

+## Quality Gates (before every commit)

+1. `gitleaks detect --source . --no-git` — no secrets in code
+2. `ruff check .` — linting passes
