## **Angebotsannahme** 

Die Annahme des Angebots durch den ZB hat bei fristgerechten Anmeldungen innerhalb der Annahmefrist nach § 56 Abs. 1 Satz 2 ERegG i. V. m. Ziffer 4.2.2.4 zu erfolgen. Die Annahme kann schriftlich oder elektronisch erfolgen. Andernfalls kommt der ENV nicht zu Stande. Es gilt Ziffer 5.4.2 i.V.m. Ziffer 5.6.3.1.
