(5) Rückfallebene
Im Fall des technischen Ausfalls bzw. im Fall von Übertragungsstörungen von C&R steht für alle Zugangsberechtigten als Rückfallebene die Trassenanmeldemöglichkeit über TPN zur Verfügung.
