(5) Information
Die DB InfraGO AG informiert über das Stattfinden sowie die Dauer planmäßiger Einschränkungen mit einem Vorlauf von mindestens 36 Stunden. Im Störungsfall erfolgt eine umgehende Information, ggf. verbunden mit Handlungsempfehlungen.
Informationen über Änderungen der Schnittstellendokumentation erfolgen im Regelfall in Form einer Vorinformation mindestens neun Monate und in verbindlicher Form mindestens sechs Monate vor der Umsetzung.
