+## **Zustandekommen des ENV-SE**

+Der ENV-SE kommt durch die Annahme des von der DB InfraGO AG unterbreiteten Angebots zustande. Die Annahme muss schriftlich oder elektronisch erfolgen, es sei denn, die INB enthalten hierzu besondere Bestimmungen (vgl. Ziffer 7.3.1.6.2). Das Angebot kann nur innerhalb von fünf Arbeitstagen angenommen werden.
