7.3.2.2.5.4 Verzugszinsen
Bei Zahlungsverzug hat der ZB Verzugszinsen in Höhe von neun Prozentpunkten über dem von der Europäischen Zentralbank festgelegten Basiszinssatz sowie eine Pauschale je Entgeltforderung in Höhe von 40 Euro zu zahlen.
