+Die DB InfraGO AG informiert über das Stattfinden sowie die Dauer planmäßiger Einschränkungen mit einem Vorlauf von mindestens 36 Stunden. Im Störungsfall erfolgt eine umgehende Information, ggf. verbunden mit Handlungsempfehlungen. 
+
+Informationen über Änderungen der Schnittstellendokumentation erfolgen im Regelfall in Form einer Vorinformation mindestens neun Monate und in verbindlicher Form mindestens sechs Monate vor der Umsetzung.
